Limited Warranty Information

Dangbei warrants its products to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period of two years.

30-Day Return & Exchange

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery to the designated shipping address. For non-quality related products, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the original product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, Dangbei will provide a new replacement product. In such cases, Dangbei will bear the shipping costs. Return & Exchange Requirements

To process a return or exchange, the following requirements must be met:
The return items must be shipped to the designated Dangbei shipping address.
The return items must include original packaging.
All accessories must be included in the return.
To verify the return, please provide us with the following information:
- 15-18 digits serial number (located on the bottom of the unit)
- Invoice or receipt including the purchasing platform and date
- Detailed description of the issue
Dangbei reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
For purchases not made directly on the official Dangbei website, please contact relevant retailers or platforms for refunds or exchanges.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
Defects or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance, commercial use, normal wear and tear, accidents or external causes.
Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of the product.
Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, lens, buttons, and other attachments.
Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to rust or stains.
Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
Product failures caused by any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
Product damage due to fire, floods, lightning, or other forms of Force Majeure.
Lost or stolen products.
Any other circumstance in which repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.
